Record audio If you press OK when the Record Audio option is highlighted in the Playback menu, you can record an audio clip that will be attached to the currently displayed image. A microphone icon and audio counter are displayed during recording. 54 hp photosmart 930 series user's manual Audio recording stops when you press the OK button, the maximum audio clip length of 60 seconds is reached, or the memory card is full, whichever comes first. NOTE If you are unhappy with an audio clip you record, you can delete the audio clip by using the Audio Only option in the Delete sub-menu, as explained in the next section. You can then use the Record Audio menu option again to re-record an audio clip, if you wish. Delete If you press OK when the Delete option is highlighted in the Playback menu, the Delete sub-menu displays, which lists several options: Cancel--Returns you to the Playback menu This Image--Deletes the currently displayed image or video clip Audio Only--Deletes only the audio clip attached to the currently displayed image and keeps the current image All Images--Deletes all of the images and video clips on the memory card Format Card--Deletes all of the images, video clips, and files on the memory card, and then formats the memory card Use the buttons to highlight an option, and then press the OK button to select it. Chapter 3: Reviewing images and video clips 55 Magnify If you press OK when the Magnify option is highlighted in the Playback menu, the currently displayed image is automatically magnified. This option is only for viewing a magnified image on the Image Display; it does not permanently alter the image. NOTE You cannot select this option if a video clip is currently displayed. The center portion of the magnified image is displayed along with four arrows, which indicate that you can pan around the magnified image by pressing the and buttons. Press the OK button to exit the magnified image and return to the Playback menu. Rotate If you press OK when the Rotate option is highlighted in the Playback menu, the currently displayed image is automatically rotated 90 degrees clockwise. The camera then returns to the Playback menu overlaying the rotated image. NOTE If you select this option for an image that has already been rotated, the image will be rotated again. 56 hp photosmart 930 series user's manual Image info If you press OK when the Image Info option is highlighted in the Playback menu, the Image Info screen displays, which shows all of the settings that were used when capturing the currently displayed image. The following table explains the information that is displayed for each image when you select the Image Info option. This feature lets you select images in the camera to be automatically processed later when the camera is connected to your computer or to certain HP printers. For example, you can select images that you want to have printed, then connect the camera to the computer or printer, and the selected images will be printed automatically. As another example, you can select images in the camera to be automatically processed by HP's e-mail service. When the camera connects to your computer, the selected images are e-mailed to family, friends, or any e-mail address or group email distribution list that you specify. When you press the Share / button on the camera, the most recently taken or viewed image appears on the Image Display, along with any print or other destinations that have been selected for the image. You can use the buttons to scroll through the images to see destinations for the other images in the camera.
